Tennis xpress (adult coaching)
Monday nights 7 pm @ the Bishopdale Tennis Club in term 1 2018 (sorry now full).

What the sessions involve:
Registration form for term 1 2018 is below.
There are usually 5-6 courts going with a coach on each court in Summer. The groups are split up into ability level, so there is no need to worry about being out of your depth. We will put you in a group with others of similar ability.
Enquire now at allthingstennis42@gmail.com or register by filling out the form below. You will receive a small message on screen after clicking 'submit' to indicate we have received your form and your place will be saved once payment is made.
Cancellations: If the weather isn't looking flash on the day then come to the Bishopdale Club facebook page to see if there is a cancellation. If there is no message, then you can assume tennis is still on.
What to wear- Preferably tennis shoes or X trainers as running shoes are made to go in a straight line and tennis has a lot of direction changes.
We have some demo racquets to try out if you don't have one
TENNIS XPRESS TERM 1 2018 INFORMATION (7 weeks/hours)
Term 1 2018 starts week : Monday 29th January and Thursday 1st of February
Term 4 2018 finishes week: Monday 12th and Thursday 15th March
Time: 7-8 pm each week
What happens if it rains: We will post a message on the Bishopdale facebook page. We will go longer the weeks after to make up the time so you get your 7 hours coaching over the term.
What happens at 8 pm: At 8 pm the bar will open. Those keen to keep playing will be put into some matches and those who are ready for a drink can head inside for a refreshment.
If you don't want to commit to the entire term for what ever reason then you can pay casually at a rate of $20 per session. Payable on the night or online before the night. If you want to come casually please flick me a text the day before so I can make sure we have the right ratio of coaches to players. 0274730616
Cost for the term for Mondays or Thursdays: Players pay up front for the sessions.
Members: 7 session/hours $84
Parent of a member: 7 session/hours $94.50
Non-members: 7 session/hours $105
Come casually: $20 per session
Payment: Please make payment before the 29th January if you are committing for the term or on or before Monday or Thursday each week if you are intend participating casually.

- Several groups at 7 pm to cater for different levels
- These lessons are for adults only.
- Professional coaching
- Technique
- Tactical advice
- Point play
- Fast paced modified group games to improve fitness
- Bar open for a drink at the end of the session for the thirsty
