SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
ALL THINGS TENNIS run a holiday program each school holidays except in April and July. The weeks they are run are as follows:
- Both weeks in the school holidays between term 3 and term 4
- The week prior to Christmas (dates vary depending on when the schools finish each year)
- The week before public school goes back in January
April school holiday program
Time: 8.30 am-12.30 pm
Dates offered: Week 1-Monday 6th - Friday 10th of April.
Week 2- Monday 13th - Friday the 17th of April.
Equipment: We have racquets so no need to go buy one first. We have demo racquets at the Club for the participants to try first if they do wish to purchase one.
Location: Burnside Park Tennis Club (336 Avonhead Road)
Cost: $36 per day (8.30 am-12.30 pm)
Breaks: We will have plenty of breaks for the children to have a bite to eat and a drink. So please bring a packed lunch.
Bad weather: We realise that parents have to go to work regardless of the weather. With this in mind we run the program no matter the weather with a variety of activities, which could include hiring the YMCA and setting up mini tennis nets, booking the squash courts that are beside the Burnside Park Tennis Club and working inside on technique and some mini tennis.
How to register: The only way to register is to fill in the form below. This form gets sent to us and we put your name down once payment is made. Once you have made payment you can assume your name is down and we will see you on the day(s) you registered for. When you click 'submit' a small confirmation message will pop up very briefly in light yellow on the screen so you know your registration has gone through. We will send an email to everyone a few days before the holiday program starts to give you any other information that may be needed.
Numbers: It is unlikely to happen but if the numbers are really low on a particular day we will email to let you know of the cancellation but this hasn't happened yet.
If the registration form is still visible below you can assume there is space in the program for your child.
Payment: The mornings can be very busy during the program so it is appreciated if payment is made online as you register and before the program starts, so we can get the children out on court faster. Payments made to:
